1. Service description
yumpara is a platform that allows hosts to post listings of single rooms for rent, and seekers to contact them directly. Yumpara is not a party to any rental contract between users — room sweet room.
2. User conduct
- Posting illegal, dangerous listings or those violating third-party rights is prohibited
- It is not allowed to use the platform for commercial purposes or for sale
- Harassing other users or publishing offensive content is forbidden
- One account per person is allowed
3. Moderation
yumpara reserves the right to remove content and ban accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
4. Limitation of liability
yumpara is not responsible for transactions between users, for the accuracy of listing descriptions, or for damages arising from the use of the platform. Users interact with each other under their own responsibility.
5. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered users.
